Insurance is offered. If the customer declines insurance, they become responsible for non delivery of their order. The Post Office does a good job, but packages ARE sometimes lost or stolen.
Damaged Goods - DO NOT ACCEPT packages that are obviously damaged! All items are inspected before shipping. If you feel your Gerber product may be damaged, email us here. for instructions.
Delivery Times:
Once you place your order, it takes 3-4 days to process the transaction. At this time, your order is packed and shipped. Most shipments take 6-8 days from time of order till delivery. This is normal.
Returns/Warranty Service
Gerber has the BEST warranty in the business in my opinion. That is why I only sell their product. However no knife or tool is perfect every time. Screws come loose, clips break, things happen.
If your item needs repair or perhaps qualifies for replacement, send an email, I will point you in the right direction.
If you need to return an item, be sure the read the RETURN POLICY. I must be strict on this. I cannot sell "used" merchandise, and I didn't sell you anything but factory new.

We take GREAT pride in protecting you from fraud. Unfortunately credit card fraud is at epedemic levels. If we feel it is necessary to ask you for more info about your purchase, it is to "weed-out" fraudsters perhaps trying to use YOUR CREDIT CARD to make a purchase! You will thank us if we "catch" someone "using" your card!
